Insight Global is seeking a Business Systems Analyst for one of our clients in Stamford, CT. This person will be joining the digital e-commerce marketing group for our client. This person will be responsible for handling any customer or internal or external stakeholder escalations and ensuring the proper processes and outcomes are produced. This person will identify root cause, perform gap analysis, and propose solutions. They will determine urgency to meet the SLAs on each reported escalation by systems impacted, users impacted and prioritize the ones need immediate attention. They will review recent deployments and code releases, interview product teams and architecture teams to understand flow of events/data between applications and reproduce the issue in lower production environments. They will collaborate with product and development teams to identify bugs. This person should be able to communicate technical issues to non-technical stakeholders and keep stakeholders informed ok a daily/weekly basis. They will look back at all communications between different teams to ensure clear understanding, assess the systems to see if there were any issues with inputs/outputs or anything else that could have disrupted processes and report any issue. This person will be responsible for identifying gaps, figuring out the right teams to reach out to in order to resolve the issue and produce a list of deliverables. They will document all reported issues, steps taken to resolve and resolution/preventative measures taken using Confluence/Jira. This person will be communicating with high-level leadership to report findings.
