What you ll get to do:

Work closely with the team, motivating, coaching, providing direction and feedback to workers during shifts

Manage and resolve day-to-day escalated inquiries from B2C customers in a timely manner

Spot trends in customer issues to flag for the rest of the team

Assist with client escalation support

Assist management with monthly reporting

Foster and maintain the Buyatab culture and a positive work environment

Qualifications:

Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal

Attention to detail

Skilled at critical thinking and problem-solving and can not only clearly identify, define, and articulate problems, but develop creative solutions for them

Prior experience in a customer-facing role (preferably in a SaaS environment) is an asset but not required

You are passionate about ensuring a high standard of professionalism and provide stellar customer service

You are a fast learner and adept at both understanding and articulating new technologies

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and can effectively research the internet

Prior experience working with customer support tools and ticketing systems such as JIRA/Confluence, Zendesk, Slack.
