Duties:
Project management responsibilities include coordinating and completing projects on time within budget and scope. Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document need
Qualifications:
Degree in Business Management or other related discipline
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certifications
Proven working experience in project management
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Notes :
Work location: Hybrid (open to Remote) If Remote: Do you have a time zone preference? No if the majority of the work hours are during core hours 8-5 ct.

- Leverage business, technical, and financial acumen to ensure alignment of project/program with firm objectives and strategy
- Lead project team to achieve project objectives on time, within cost, and with quality
- Define the project s schedule and scope while balancing this with agile and regular value deliveries, and organizing and leading working and project status meetings
- Partner with leaders to help establish the project framework, structure, and governance/controls that will support monitoring, controlling, and reporting of project/program status
- Holistically manage risks, issues, and change requests with appropriate escalation
- Solid stakeholder management and decision-making skills to influence positive project/program outcomes

Education:
A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
MBA or graduate degree preferred
Certifications:
Experience in execution in Agile and Agile Transformations
Project management certification (PMP), Agile Certification (scrum)
ProSci Change Management Certification
MBA or graduate degree
