  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

IntePros is looking for a Program Manager V to lead key initiatives for our Premier client based out of Washington. In this role, you will drive the expansion of the teams' portfolio by implementing and piloting skills-based volunteering programs, lead the strategy and execution of global volunteer campaigns, and centralize the go-to-market execution for new volunteer products. You will work cross-functionally with various teams, including Volunteering, Marketing, and Community Impact, to develop resources, track performance metrics, and refine processes for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Design and execute skills-based volunteering pilot program for 1-2 product offerings
  • Develop pilot program resources and communications materials
  • Recruit volunteers and community partners to participate
  • Lead project scoping and skills matching
  • Develop training materials for volunteers
  • Track and measure key performance indicators
  • Analyze outcomes and capture learnings
  • Provide recommendations for continuous improvement
