Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Data Migration Specialist with deep expertise in Spinifex easy migration tool for our SAP SuccessFactors hybrid implementation project. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with global assignments and international data migrations in SuccessFactors, along with understanding of SAP ECC Payroll integration.

Please highlight candidate experience with Spinifex easy migration tool (or equivalent) is a must have, SuccessFactors global assignments, and international data migration projects are all important

Key Responsibilities:

* Execute data migration activities using Spinifex easy migration tool

* Perform data mapping, transformation, and validation for Employee Central and integrated modules

* Handle complex data scenarios related to global assignments and international transfers

* Support data cleansing and validation processes

* Implement data migration for international compensation structures

* Configure Spinifex templates for various data migration scenarios

* Document data conversion processes and technical specifications

* Participate in data validation sessions with business stakeholders

* Support integration testing between SuccessFactors and SAP ECC Payroll

Required Qualifications:

* 3+ years of hands-on experience with Spinifex easy migration tool

* Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors global assignments configuration and data migration

* Experience with international employee data handling and cross-border transfers

* Proven track record of successful data migrations in SuccessFactors hybrid implementations

* Understanding of SAP ECC Payroll data structures

* Experience with global compensation and benefits data migration

* Advanced Excel skills

Technical Skills:

* Spinifex easy migration tool (advanced level)

* SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

* Global assignment module configuration

* International data privacy regulations

* Data mapping and transformation

* Microsoft Excel (advanced level)

* Basic SQL knowledge
