  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Piper Companies is seeking a Junior Business Intelligence Analyst to join one of the nation's largest premier credit unions based in Mclean, VA . The Jr. BI Analyst will work closely with BI Developers and the channel manager to extract and manipulate data, design dashboards, and support enhancements and maintenance of these data solutions. This position will be hybrid in Mclean, VA!

Responsibilities of the Jr. BI Analyst include:
  • Design, develop, and maintain data warehouse solutions using Snowflake, including data modeling, schema design, and ETL processes.
  • Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
  • Build and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports to visualize data insights and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Perform data analysis and profiling to identify data quality issues and implement solutions.
  • Ensure data security, integrity, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications for the Jr. BI Analyst include:
  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis and related areas, including trend analysis, extracting actionable insights, and supporting decision-making with data.
  • Extensive and proven data analytical skills.
  • Hands-on skills in Tableau, SQL, and working with large datasets.
  • Experience with R, Python, and Snowflake is a plus.
  • Expertise in presenting findings, conclusions, alternatives, and information clearly and concisely.
  • Experience with Ataccama is a plus

Compensation for the Jr. BI Analyst includes:
  • Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 -- $40/hr - $43/hr
  • Full benefits: Healthcare, Dental, Vision, 401k, Flexible work schedule
