Job Responsibilities:
Our ideal candidate will work closely with the marketing team to perform the following tasks and responsibilities:
Identify Opportunities: Research and identify new business opportunities, including exploring new markets, growth areas, and trends.
Generating Leads: Develop and leverage a network of contacts to attract new clients, oversee growth projects, and identify market opportunities. Cold emailing and outreach are integral to success in this role.
Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and pinpoint potential business growth areas.
Reporting and Analysis: Regularly assess and report on business development activities, offering strategic insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement.
Client Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring business needs are met and fostering long-term partnerships.
Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a strong hunter mentality.
Background in sales and business development, specifically within the advertising agency industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a demonstrated ability to generate and close new business opportunities.
In-depth understanding of market dynamics, business strategy, and client relationship management.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a strong focus on building long-term partnerships.
Proven ability to develop and execute strategic business plans that align with company goals.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently while being an active, collaborative team member.
Availability to work in-office regularly for collaboration, education, and development of tailored client solutions and strategic decks.
A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
